Stephen H. Hennessy is a litigator and trial lawyer in Boulder.  He represents clients in civil actions involving money, property, and insurance.

Over ten years ago, Stephen started his career as a litigation paralegal.  While in law school, he interned for a United States District Judge in the District of Colorado.  After he passed the bar exam, Stephen was a litigation associate at a leading commercial law firm in Denver.  Now, he practices under his own name in Boulder.​

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University.  He earned his Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif from the University of Colorado Law School.  There, Stephen won the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition and served on the University of Colorado Law Review.

 

Stephen is authorized to appear in all courts of record of the State of Colorado, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
